  • What fees do you charge?
    The self-pay fees are detailed below: - 20-40 minute session: $150 - One-hour appointment: $250 - Intake appointment: $300 A $50 deposit is required at the time of scheduling, which will be applied to the total cost of your initial intake appointment. A credit card must be placed on file. We do not offer super billing at this time; however, we can provide an itemized statement for you to submit to your insurance company.
  • Do you accept insurance or private pay?
    Insurance We Accept: Aetna Cigna (several types of Cigna plans) Evernorth First Choice Health (FCH) Kaiser (Out-of-Network) PacificSource Regence UnitedHealthcare (UHC | UBH) - commercial plans Blue Cross Blue Shield (some plans) Anthem Lifewise of Washington Optum Important: Patients are responsible for contacting their insurance company to obtain pre-approval for services. We do not offer super billing, but we can provide an itemized statement if you are a private pay patient. We also accept private pay and offer a tailored follow-up policy to help minimize out-of-pocket expenses. For more information on costs, please call Stacy at (206) 369-9000 or submit a request form.
  • What types of payments do you accept?
    Clients can pay by: American Express Discover Health Savings Account Mastercard Visa
  • Do you offer telehealth services?
    Most of our sessions are conducted via telehealth for your convenience. However, if you are prescribed a stimulant or narcotic medication, an in-person visit is required once a year. We will always notify you months in advance when your in-person appointment is approaching, giving you plenty of time to prepare. These requirements are part of the DEA’s "Ryan Haight Act," which has been temporarily paused since COVID but is expected to resume.
  • How do I Schedule
    Please submit an inquiry on the website, we will send you a questionnaire to complete and schedule a time for an intake call to schedule you. You may also call the number provided if you prefer or have questions.
  • Do you accept private pay?
    Absolutely, we welcome private pay patients and work with you and communicate any billing concerns and balances to ensure you do not receive any fees. A $50 deposit is required to schedule your first appointment and will be deducted from the balance due after your intake appointment.
  • What types of insurance do you accept?

  • What is Your Current Availability for New Patients?
    Good News! We have openings for new patients with availability typically within one to two weeks. If a cancellation comes up sooner, we’ll be sure to reach out and offer you that time slot!

  • Do you offer psychological testing or ADHD evaluations?
    Absolutely! Ashley is certified in the following among other certifications: *ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider *Certified Integrative Psychiatric Provider *Certified Cognitive Behavioral Life Coach Yes, we offer extensive and in-depth ADHD testing along with comprehensive medication management. This is one of Ashley’s passions, as many patients face unique challenges related to ADHD medications. Our approach ensures that you receive thorough evaluations and personalized treatment to best support your needs.
  • Do you offer verbal IQ testing?
    We do. We administer the KBIT 2. Please note this test is only administered in person.
  • What types of psychological testing do you administer?
    We administer the following psychological tests: SCL 90 MIPS HAM A HAM D, Rapid mood screener Maclean screening measurement Beck anxiety inventory, beck depression inventory Aces CY-BOCS II (ocd in children) Eating disorder evaluations
  • What types of ADHD testing do you provide?
    We administer the following ADHD tests for adults: ASRS Wender Utah CEFI adult CAARS And the following ADHD tests for adolescents: Vandebilt Conners 4 CEFI PLEASE NOTE: We utilize both stimulant and non stimulant options, but patients on stimulants MUST be seen once a year in person. Testing is done in 3 sessions over a two-week span.
